Role: Talent Sourcing Associate

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Location: Philippines - Ortigas / Makati / Angeles / Mabalacat

Schedule: Morning Shift


Talent Sourcing / Applicant Generation 

  • Pre-screen applicant submissions, utilize phone screeners and be confident in recommendations for moving candidates through the pipeline 
  • Manages the communication flow between candidate, Hiring Manager and Recruitment Operations, ensuring that all parties remain up to date at each recruiting phase 
  • Creatively source both active and passive candidates utilizing up-to-date methods, tools, and services 

Candidate Phone Screen / CS Recruit Candidate Completion 

  • Make outbound calls to prospective applicants 
  • Conduct phone interviews and schedule successful candidates for endorsement to Talent Acquisition team 
  • Work in a highly scripted environment 
  • Meet and exceed recruitment metrics and goals 
  • Answer questions regarding the recruitment process 
  • Conducts call outs of potential candidates and drives CS Recruit completion 

Administration Tasks 

  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional/departmental goal attainment or for professional training, education or development as programmed by Talent Marketing & Sourcing Officer 
  • Facilitates all Phone Screener & Compliance Monitoring Reports 

Qualification and requirements:

  • College Graduate with a required course in Psychology/Marketing/Advertising/Management/Communication Arts/Mass Communication 
  • Administrative-related experience 
  • Marketing-related experience 

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Knowledge in MS programs 
  • Excellent Reading, Writing, and Verbal Proficiency 
  • Customer Service Orientation 
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills 
  • Sound judgment & problem-solving skills 
  • Generates innovative solutions in work situations 
  • Actively participates as a team member to move the team toward the completion of its goals
