- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential remote flexibility.
- Qualities: Proactive, detail-oriented, with a passion for talent development.
