Job Description
- Windows Server、Hyper-V、およびオンプレミスのActive Directory環境を管理および維持します。
- Microsoft Entra、Azure および Microsoft 365を駆使して、クラウドベースのインフラを管理します。
- PowerShellスクリプトを活用して、プロセスを効率化し、システム機能を強化します。
- PowerShellを使用して Microsoft Exchange を設定および管理します。
- Microsoft Intune などのツールを使用して、エンドポイント管理を維持します。
- TCP/IP、VLANs、およびファイアウォールを管理し、強固なネットワークパフォーマンスを確保します。
- ITリテラシーの異なるレベルのユーザーと効果的にコミュニケーションを取りながら、高品質なサポートを提供します。
- ITプロジェクトを計画から実行まで指導し、実施します。
- システム問題を積極的に特定し解決し、根本原因分析を行って将来の発生を最小限に抑えます。
