- Encodes customer's order in the data system
- Tallies "encoded sales order in the data system" vs. "withdrawal"
- Coordinates total sales order to Inventory Team to further validate if there are enough stocks
- Prints all receipts of daily sales orders
- Assures that all receipts and logbook of collectors are well prepared
- Checks and assures the total count of receipts and its attachment based on the route given during the day
- Assures that the SOP in the encoding of the sales order is strictly being followed / Report discrepancies/inconsistencies in the whole process of data encoding
- Participates in company training seminars to help a company move forward.
- Train new hires on the job once they completed the initial training with a supervisor.
- Bring any employees concern to the supervisor to ensure company morale.
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Department Head.
- Atleast with 1 year Accounting Experience
