Description

  • Encodes customer's order in the data system
  • Tallies "encoded sales order in the data system" vs. "withdrawal"
  • Coordinates total sales order to Inventory Team to further validate if there are enough stocks
  • Prints all receipts of daily sales orders
  • Assures that all receipts and logbook of collectors are well prepared
  • Checks and assures the total count of receipts and its attachment based on the route given during the day
  • Assures that the SOP in the encoding of the sales order is strictly being followed / Report discrepancies/inconsistencies in the whole process of data encoding
  • Participates in company training seminars to help a company move forward.
  • Train new hires on the job once they completed the initial training with a supervisor.
  • Bring any employees concern to the supervisor to ensure company morale.
  • Other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements

  • Atleast with 1 year Accounting Experience
