Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau. LucidChart, Astah Community).
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
