We're looking for a highly detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Fulfillment Specialist

To join our growing international dropshipping fashion company. You’ll be responsible for managing the entire fulfillment process across 12 fashion stores using CJ Dropshipping, and ensuring our backend operations run smoothly — from order placement to successful delivery.

• Our team currently includes 6 Filipino remote teammates, and we are proud of our supportive and flexible culture
• We have a dedicated CJ Dropshipping agent and a backup supplier (Dropship Agent) to support smooth operations
• We offer twice-a-month payments, and room to grow within the team

• Google Sheets
• Shopify
• Helpscout
• Slack
• ChatGPT+

What You’ll Do:

• Place and manage all orders through CJ Dropshipping
• Connect and sync products between Shopify and CJ
• Handle CJ support tickets and return-to-sender issues
• Monitor and resolve stuck shipments – this is crucial
• Track out-of-stock (OOS) items and communicate with our backup agent to keep things moving
• Adjust pricing based on margin checks and coordinate with our Customer Support Manager if KPIs aren't being met
• Spot fulfillment bottlenecks and take action before they escalate
• Use Track123/ParcelPanel to generate reports on stuck or delayed orders
• Keep fulfillment processes streamlined and documented via Google Sheets
• Collaborate with our team to continuously improve the backend operations
