Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store including opening and closing procedures, staff behavior and customer intake procedures
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for the store's needs
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to staff disputes
• Prepare and maintain sales, inventory and customer reports
• Manage inventory products by maintaining records of stock quantities on hand and ordering replacement items

Qualifications

• At least College Level
• Extensive experience providing salon services to clients
• Advanced organizational skills to manage staff, operations and finances
• Excellent communication and team-leading skills
• Detailed knowledge of the beauty industry and customer needs
• Scheduling
