• Managing and updating the food menu on online store platforms and marketplaces (prices, photos, descriptions, availability).
• Organizing product categories (e.g., buffet, box meals, healthy food, etc.).
• Ensuring the online ordering process runs smoothly and accurately.
• Coordinating with the kitchen and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Executing promotional campaigns through social media, marketplaces, and the website.
• Developing discount strategies, menu bundling, and customer loyalty programs.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints via chat, email, or WhatsApp.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction and building good relationships with regular and corporate clients.
• Analyzing sales data, popular menu trends, and customer feedback.
• Preparing weekly/monthly reports for management decision-making.
• Ensuring the website and catering order platforms are always active, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
• Collaborating with the IT/design team when system development needs arise.

1. Minimum education of D3/S1 (Management, Marketing, Business, IT, or relevant fields).
2. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online store management (preferably in the F&B industry).
3. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, social media, and online marketing tools.
4. Understanding of catering service workflows is an advantage.
