• Oversee daily operations of the store
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Analyze sales data to optimize performance
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Implement marketing promotions
• Handle inventory management and stocking
• Achieve sales targets and report to upper management

• Age Limit: Not more than 45 years old
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Experience Level: Minimum of 5 year's or more of experience in retail management
