Description
- Collect and prepare items for shipping based on orders.
- Ensure accuracy in picking to maintain inventory integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines consistently.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor.
Requirements
- High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in heavy lifting, Excel, and computer literacy; must be flexible and organized.
- Execute order picking efficiently, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure a clean workspace.
- Physically demanding environment requiring safety adherence and ability to lift heavy items.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
