- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

- Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to design.
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; basic literacy and numeracy preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in housing construction.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in steel reinforcement techniques, reading blueprints, and measuring accurately.
- Working Conditions: Typically outdoors, often in varying weather; requires physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, good communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
