Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Head of Finance and Accounting at 1210 Services, Inc. The Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and driving the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and performance. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this role ensures the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with regulations, risk management, and the efficient management of financial resources.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CFA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role.
• Experience in both local and international financial reporting standards.

• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, financial law, and risk management.
• Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Excel).
