Contact and Communication:

• Contact borrowers via phone, email, or other channels to remind them of outstanding payments and discuss their repayment options.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with borrowers, building rapport and understanding their financial situations.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with borrowers.

Negotiation and Payment Plans:

• Negotiate payment plans or settlement options with borrowers to help them repay their debts.
• Develop and implement effective loan recovery strategies tailored to each borrower's situation.
• Ensure that all payment agreements are legally sound and adhere to company policies.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of all communications and recovery efforts.
• Prepare regular reports on the status of overdue accounts, recovery efforts, and achieved targets.
• Ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date.

Compliance and Ethics:

• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to loan recovery.
• Maintain professional relationships with borrowers, balancing the institution's interests with the borrower's needs.

Spanish Language Skills:

• Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking borrowers.
• Ability to translate documents and materials into Spanish as needed.
