Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in AEM architecture, technical leadership, and delivering scalable digital experience platforms. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and technical direction for AEM-based solutions
• Design and develop scalable components, templates, workflows, and integrations
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of AEM modules and ensure best practices
• Collaborate with development teams to review code, provide technical guidance, and maintain solution quality
• Work closely with product owners, UX teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
• Integrate AEM with third-party systems and enterprise applications
• Ensure platform performance, security, and reliability
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions
• Prepare and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and guidelines

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as an AEM Technical Architect or Senior AEM Developer
• Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets)
• Hands-on experience with Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL, and AEM component development
• Experience integrating AEM with RESTful services and third-party systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker)
• Strong understanding of AEM best practices, security standards, and performance optimization
• Experience with Adobe Cloud Manager or AEM as a Cloud Service is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
