Job Title: Social Media Manager

Work Arrangement: On-site

Schedule: Day Shift (Monday–Friday)

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Php 70,000 – Php 90,000


We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate will plan, develop, and implement effective social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support business growth. This role requires hands-on execution, creativity, and the ability to thrive as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, multicultural workplace. The Social Media Manager will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Reels, etc.)

• Create and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely posting and alignment with brand guidelines

• Conduct social media audits and provide performance reports with actionable insights

Content Creation & Management

• Create, edit, and publish engaging and visually appealing content tailored to each platform

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

• Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in social media, integrating them into campaigns

Community Engagement

• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and manage customer interactions to foster a strong community

• Engage with influencers, brand advocates, and KOLs to amplify reach and collaboration opportunities

Analytics & Optimization

• Track and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) to evaluate performance

• Adjust strategies and campaigns based on analytics, trends, and audience insights

• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Reels Ads), including budgeting, targeting, and optimization


Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in e-commerce, gaming, or related industries

• Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)

• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and social media performance measurement

• Strong copywriting skills, creativity, and storytelling ability

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly

• Experience managing social media ad campaigns across major platforms

• Must be willing to work on-site, Monday–Friday, in BGC, Taguig City

• Comfortable working directly with the COO and independently as an individual contributor in a multicultural environment

Preferred Skills

• Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Basic video editing skills for Reels/TikTok content

• Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations

• Understanding of branding principles and content strategy

• Ability to stay ahead of social media trends and implement innovative strategies
