Job Responsibilities
(1) Content Planning and Creation: Responsible for daily content output on Twitter (X), Telegram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. Develop original content tied to exchange highlights (e.g., coin listings, market analysis, promotional events) to boost brand exposure.
(2) Community Management and Engagement: Maintain official communities (Telegram groups, Discord channels); monitor user feedback; organize giveaways to drive engagement and retention; address negative sentiment and foster a positive atmosphere.
(3) Campaign Operations and Promotion: Design and execute marketing campaigns—such as KOL collaborations, cross-platform activations, and holiday-themed promotions—to attract new users and increase trading volume; track performance and optimize conversion funnels.
(4) Data Monitoring and Analysis: Use tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track KPIs (page views, likes, shares, user growth), produce weekly/monthly reports, and offer optimization recommendations; analyze competitor strategies (e.g., Binance, OKX) and adjust operational plans.
(5) Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with product, legal, and business teams.
(6) Compliance and Brand PR: Ensure content complies with regulations (especially AML in the crypto sector); participate in exchange brand PR to strengthen global community influence.
Qualifications
(1) Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher; at least one year of overseas social media operations experience; background in exchanges, finance, or blockchain preferred.
(2) Skills: Proficient with Photoshop, Canva, and Premiere; strong copywriting and video editing abilities.
(3) Familiarity with social media algorithms and trending tools (e.g., Twitter Trends).
(4) English proficiency for managing English-language content and international communities.
(5) Strong data acumen; skilled in analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications
(1) Aptitude for identifying crypto market trends (e.g., BTC volatility, DeFi developments).
(2) Possession of blockchain-related certifications (e.g., CFA, CIBP).
(3) Existing KOL network or experience managing communities with over 10,000 followers.
