Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
  2. Create engaging content for various platforms (text, images, videos).
  3. Manage & optimize social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc…
  4. Interact with followers, respond to comments, foster positive community.
  5. Plan, execute, monitor social media campaigns for specific objectives.
  6. Track performance, analyze data, generate reports.
  7. Stay updated with social media trends, best practices.
  8. Provide top-notch customer service via social media channels.
  9. Collaborate with teams for brand alignment.
  10. Optimize content strategically to drive results and sales.
  11. Manage E-commerce activities from production to fulfillment.
  12. Establish brand awareness.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • BS in Communications, Marketing/Advertising or any business courses.
  • At least 5 years of successful track record with Social Media. Experience with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, Digital Ad based, Web, E-commerce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for engaging with audiences and conveying brand messages. 
  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content, including writing, editing, and designing visuals. 
  • Understanding of various social media platforms, their best practices, and target audiences. 
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and measure campaign performance. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, especially when juggling different accounts or clients. 
  • Ability to adapt to new trends and technologies is crucial. 
  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute social media projects and campaigns. 
  • Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling headlines, captions, and ad copy. 
  • Ability to build and manage online communities, fostering engagement and loyalty. 
  • Creativity to Think outside the box.
  • Self Starter, Excellent multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Must be residing in Manila or willing to be assigned at Binondo Manila.
  • Immediate availability required.
