Role Summary

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing the social media presence of the company across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. You will develop and execute social media strategies that will increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.


Work Arrangement

Hybrid work setup in Metro Manila (required onsite reporting highly dependent on existing projects)


Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

•⁠ ⁠Graduate of Marketing Management, Communications, or other related fields of study

•⁠ ⁠2-3 years of experience working as a Social Media Manager or any related job experience in the field of Marketing and Communications.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in social media management softwares (ex: FB Meta)

•⁠ ⁠People skills and ability to communicate effectively with a team and with clients.

•⁠ ⁠Customer-focused and has the desire to deliver quality output exceeding client expectations

•⁠ ⁠Must know how to work around Google Suite Programs (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Excellent multitasking, organization, and problem solving skills, and the ability to apply critical thinking while working in a fast paced environment

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of brand identity and voice while integrating the ability to execute creatively and develop innovative solutions.


Duties & Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the Client’s overall marketing goals and objectives.

•⁠ ⁠Conceptualize and create engaging social media content such as graphics and videos specific to the target audience

•⁠ ⁠Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to strengthen community engagement

•⁠ ⁠Analyze social media metrics from meta business suite and use insights to optimize content

•⁠ ⁠Create reports based on monthly KPIs from social media platforms and improve social media performance

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content is aligned with other marketing efforts and campaigns.

•⁠ ⁠Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and new features, and make recommendations on how to incorporate them into the company’s social media strategy.
