Description

  • Responsible for planning content calendars, writing captions, and executing multi-platform publishing.
  • Assists in organizing brand-led online activities and initiating engagement strategies to boost follower interaction.
  • Collaborates closely with design and video teams to ensure consistency in visuals and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Skilled in content creation and copywriting, with basic proficiency in visual editing and short-form video production tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Premiere).
  • Able to independently manage social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, and Notion.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly, with an understanding of how algorithm changes impact visibility.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in social media operations, with a strong background in content strategy and execution.
  • Familiar with content publishing mechanisms and trends across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proven track record in managing brand accounts, executing online campaigns, or leading social media growth projects.
