1. Responsible for the overall operation, content planning, and execution of the social media and community matrix (Twitter/X, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, etc.);

2. Expand and maintain partnerships with KOLs, media outlets, and communities to drive brand visibility and user growth;

3. Plan and organize online events (AMAs, Spaces, campaigns, etc.) to enhance user engagement and retention;

4. Monitor and analyze operational data, produce summaries and optimization plans, and continuously strengthen the impact of social media and community channels;

5. Leverage market trends to produce timely content and activities, ensuring high brand activity within the community.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with a deep understanding of crypto culture and community ecosystems;

2. Over 2 years’ experience in social media and community management, with proven ability to independently plan and execute initiatives;

3. Proficient in English as a working language, with strong cross-cultural communication skills;

4. Highly attuned to crypto market trends, with creative thinking and content oversight capabilities;

5. Passionate about the crypto industry, results-oriented, with strong execution skills.
