Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a strong passion for writing and digital communication, who is eager to contribute to our online presence and content strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Craft compelling and engaging written content for social media posts, ensuring brand voice consistency and alignment with our messaging goals.
  • Research, write, and edit blog posts on industry-relevant topics, demonstrating strong storytelling and informational writing skills.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and actively suggest new ideas to improve our social media presence.
  • Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in analyzing social media performance metrics and generating reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the creation of visual content (e.g., graphics, videos) to complement written posts, or coordinate with design resources.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of grammar and style.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in blogging, content marketing, or journalistic writing.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and creative mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for digital communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred.
