Job Summary:

The Surveyor is responsible for conducting land and construction surveys to determine precise locations, boundaries, contours, and other site features. The role ensures accurate measurements and layout for project implementation in compliance with plans, specifications, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and topographic surveys prior to project commencement
• Perform site layout and staking based on approved plans
• Verify alignment, elevation, and levels during construction
• Operate survey equipment (Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, etc.)
• Prepare survey reports, sketches, and as-built plans
• Coordinate with Engineers, Project Managers, and Site Teams
• Ensure accuracy of measurements and maintain survey records
• Monitor site boundaries and prevent encroachments
• Assist in quantity verification when required

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Geodetic Engineering
• Licensed Geodetic Engineer (preferred)
• With at least 1–3 years of experience in construction/land development
• Proficient in survey instruments and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D is an advantage)
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical
• Willing to work on-site and travel when needed
