Description

大手ゼネコンへ出向し、施工管理（現場監督）として就業します。

就業先との契約は基本3か月～6か月更新、現場が竣工を迎えた場合も次の現場の紹介が可能なため、末長くお仕事をすることが可能です。


  • 建設現場の監督業務を担当
  • 工事の進捗管理、安全管理
  • 施工計画の策定及び調整
  • 業者との交渉及び調整
  • 品質管理及び報告業務
  • 労働者の指導・育成
  • 問題解決能力が求められる

Requirements

  • 職種: 現場監督
  • 学歴: 学歴不問
  • 経験: １年以上３年未満の経験
  • スキル: CAD, プロジェクト管理, 施工管理, 現場監督, 日本語
  • 責任: 現場の監督、進捗管理、品質管理の実施
  • 労働条件: フルタイム、現場勤務
  • 特性: コミュニケーション能力、問題解決能力、チームワーク志向
Working Hours:

Fixed Schedule·09:00-18:00·実働時間：8時間/1日 休憩：1時間 残業：あり
