- Manage day-to-day operations on the Shopee platform.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Analyze data to optimize product listings and promotions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance user experience.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management, Retail Sales, Digital Marketing, Capcut, and Sales and Marketing.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
