Who are we?
MVP Studio is a multi-platform MCN organization centered around "creator-driven + viral content." We do not rely on luck to make a video go viral; instead, we employ systematic methods to create enduring IPs one after another. The content we sign and incubate covers a wide range of topics, including emotional themes, fashion transformations, female monologues, home culture, cultural exports, and humorous beauty content. We have a clear content methodology, a systematic support system for creators, and the ability to collaborate with platform resources, dedicated to creating "IPs that can truly transition to offline, attract brands, go viral, and achieve sustainable monetization." Your responsibilities will include:

1. Account Content Direction Planning: Develop content strategies, structures, and character settings for creator accounts.
2. IP Incubation Coordination and Management: Oversee the full incubation process for 1 to 3 creators/projects, including positioning, character creation, content planning, style unification, operational rhythm, and commercial pathways.
3. Cross-Platform Social Media Operations: Manage and optimize the performance and traffic of creators on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Red, and Xiaohongshu.
4. Data Analysis and Iterative Optimization: Conduct content A/B testing, title and cover optimization, and trend monitoring for rapid adjustments based on data feedback.
5. Commercial Coordination and Monetization Support: Collaborate with the business team to facilitate brand partnerships and custom content creation.
6. Collaboration with Creative Teams: Work alongside editors, script planners, and filming support teams to ensure high-quality and efficient content production.

We hope you possess the following skills and qualities:

• Experience in successfully building accounts, characters, or IPs with over 100,000 followers (even if personal projects).
• Very familiar with the content mechanisms of social platforms (mastery of at least two, such as TikTok, IG, Red, YouTube).
• Strong capabilities in content planning, topic design, account packaging, and character building.
• Understanding of traffic and user psychology, knowing how to evoke emotional resonance and sustained attention.
• Strong project management skills, capable of advancing content production and achieving goals for multiple accounts simultaneously.
• High resilience, self-motivation, and passion for content.
• Preference given to those with backgrounds such as former MCN content/operations managers, creator agents, self-media operators, or advertising/film planners.
