We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer** to join our team in Makati on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site per week. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow application development and administration, with a strong background in ITSM, ITOM, scripting, and integrations such as MID Server configuration. This role is highly collaborative, requiring excellent communication and team engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, with focus on ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Perform ongoing platform administration, including updates, configurations, and health scans.
• Configure and manage MID Servers and other integration points to support automation and data flow.
• Create and maintain common tables, reusable components, and scripts to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Participate in and contribute to team engagement activities, workshops, and regular syncs.
• Serve as a technical consultant, advising on ServiceNow best practices and design decisions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Solid scripting skills (JavaScript, GlideScript) within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with MID Server setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with platform health tools and optimization strategies.
• Experience creating common data models and reusable system components.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing capacity is a plus.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
