MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshooting of Hydraulic, Electrical, and Pneumatic Problem using schematic diagrams.
• Replacement of worn-out and defective components and parts.
• Evaluate and submit audit of parts needed to be replaced before its failure to avoid longer downtime of the machine
• Conduct Daily routine checkup of the units on site to prevent unwanted breakdown.
• Perform planned repairs during preventive maintenance.
• Performed major repair and component change-out during scheduled repair such Engine, Compressor, Undercarriage, Pumps, valves, Feed and Boom Reconditioning, coolers, break-out table, rotation unit, Final Drive and motor, Hydraulic Hoses, Etc.
• Resealing of Rotation units, Cylinders, Pumps and Motors.
• Troubleshooting and replacement of defective parts/components of the hydraulic system (cylinders, directional valves, solenoid valves, valve blocks, pumps, and motors)
• Explain to customer if any follow up or repair needs to be done.
• Maintain satisfactory cleanliness at equipment and surrounding area after service job is completed.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of all workshop equipment and/or tools.
• Maintain service vehicle and upkeep workshop area.
• Any additional tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant four-year course or an NCII Certification aligned with the role.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial equipment maintenance, especially in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules and repair documentation.
