Must have a solid background in managing IT services and leading technology-driven initiatives across business units or enterprise-wide.
Demonstrated experience in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions, ensuring consistent performance and service quality.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
In-depth understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, and service management frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Proven ability to implement IT policies, support compliance measures, and promote information security awareness.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing service-related issues.
