1. Responsible for deploying and optimizing large-scale site clusters (premium single sites) on the Baidu search engine, targeting batch indexing rates and keyword rankings;
2. Independently build automated crawling, rewriting, and publishing systems integrated with AI-generated content to achieve coverage across thousands of sites and keywords;
3. Analyze keyword pools and user intent to develop content production and update strategies, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the site network;
4. Monitor Baidu algorithm changes (e.g., Lǜluó, Jīngléi) and promptly implement avoidance and optimization adjustments.

Job Requirements

1. At least 3 years of hands-on Baidu SEO experience, capable of independently managing site-cluster projects;
2. Proficient in Baidu’s indexing principles and algorithm rules, with experience in risk-control mitigation;
3. Skilled in common CMS platforms and crawlers (e.g., DedeCMS, ZBlog, WordPress);
4. Ability to build and operate traffic systems, including automated content generation, site distribution, monitoring, and data analysis;
5. Understanding of or practical experience in finance/blockchain SEO;
6. Able to iterate quickly based on data, with strong execution and implementation skills.
