Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or any related field.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong background in leading a sales team and delivering high-performance results.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, team development, and motivational skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and planning abilities.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, real estate systems, and MS Office.

Personal Traits:

• Goal-driven, results-oriented, and highly professional.
• Confident in client-facing roles and executive-level presentations.
• Willing to travel and work on extended hours or weekends when necessary.

• Graduate of any business-related course such as Marketing, Real Estate Management, or Communication.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of real estate sales experience.
• With leadership or team management background is an advantage.

• Strong selling and closing skills.
• Capable of handling and mentoring a small to mid-sized sales team.
• Effective communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable in real estate project selling and market trends.

Personal Traits:

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and sales-driven.
• People-oriented and can work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours and attend client presentations or tripping schedules.
