Description

  • Responding to customer queries through various platforms (non-voice)
  • Ability to assist customers in a non-robotic manner and provide a direct and straightforward solution
  • Acting as a front line to our company in guiding customers to our products, processes, terms, and conditions
  • Upselling to customers on our ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Ability to identify case cruciality and efficiently escalate to the rightful department
  • Intercommunication with other relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Providing good customer service relationships with new and existing customers to ensure brand image is preserved
  • Strictly adhering to all company SOPs while performing duties
  • The Customer Service Specialist will be working on shifts of 40 hours/week in total.Able to work three shifts including morning, evening and weekend shifts on public holidays.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or above, with a preference for relevant academic background.
  • Preferably with more than 3~5 year of experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Fluency in the English language;
  • Sociability and stress tolerance;
  • Experienced PC user;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure;
  • Self-organization, willingness to learn and grow;
  • A positive attitude;
  • Team player with customer oriented mindset.
