What we expect from you:

• At least 2 years of experience in business development (BD), strategic partnerships, or ecosystem growth, in areas such as cryptocurrency, fintech, payments, or financial services
• Ability to develop and reach out to the top 500 projects on CoinMarketCap (CMC), establish connections, and drive partnership negotiations
• Experience in successfully building, negotiating, and implementing partnership cases, with the ability to deliver significant growth metrics (e.g., user growth, transaction volume increase, market share expansion)
• Established network of key resources in the Web3/blockchain ecosystem (e.g., lending protocols, DEX, wallets, merchants, payment service providers, stablecoin projects, etc.)
• Ability to be based in the Singapore office (Base Singapore)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in exchange listings, smart contracts, or public blockchain business development is preferred
• Experience working in a startup during the 0 to 1 phase or in a high-growth environment
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, able to support business expansion in the Asia-Pacific region
