We are looking for a Senior Art Director to drive growth for Seven A.D.'s key accounts by creating impactful campaigns that are strategic, relevant, and fresh.

Outline of Responsibilities

• Collaborating with creatives, accounts and planners in conceptualizing ideas that answer client briefs/solve business problems
• Ideating and executing ideas across different platforms
• (TV, OOH, Digital/Social, Brand identity, Innovations, etc)
• Designing key visuals, layouts, packaging and brand identity systems that deliver the communications objectives
• Illustrating for product designs, layouts and storyboards that is in line with the brand look and personality
• Presenting agency’s ideas and recommendations to clients in a professional and engaging way
• Revising and improving campaigns based on superior’s and client’s feedback
• Working on multiple campaigns to meet all deadlines
• Supervising shoot and production to ensure that the finished material meets the agency’s vision as well as client’s objectives
• Double checking design of all creative materials to ensure quality control
• Assists in overseeing the campaign from conceptualization to execution and helps facilitate internal working processes to ensure projects are accomplished smoothly



Qualifications

• At least 3+ years experience in advertising, or other related fields;
• Excellent design and art direction skills
• Hunger for excellence – able to deliver fresh and out-of-the-box ideas, crafted and executed in an impeccable manner.
• Outstanding speaking and presentation skills
• Technical knowledge in final art and packaging design
• Considerable knowledge of marketing and advertising principles;
• Strategic thinking, creative problem solving, strong attention to detail, and drive to achieve results;
• Self-sufficient with keen organization skills and sense of ownership to be able to deliver requirements on time across multiple accounts and projects;
• Highly collaborative and able to maneuver through a diverse set of people and personalities with a knack for initiating action towards a common goal.
• Resilient, has good stress-management skills, with a good sense of humor and an open & curious mind.
