1. Business Analysis and Strategy Support • Establish the end-to-end KPI framework covering account opening → KYC → funding → trading → retention/repurchase; define standardized metrics and conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational analyses. • Develop fee structures, channel ROI assessments, and customer segmentation models for brokerage, proprietary trading, advisory, and derivatives lines; deliver actionable strategic recommendations. 2. Data Modeling and Visualization • Build subject-oriented wide tables and data marts using SQL and Python, creating a consolidated metrics dictionary. • Use BI tools to develop management dashboards and self-service analytics datasets. 3. Trading and Product Insights • Monitor product categories/account structures, liquidity, capital efficiency, and risk exposures to support pricing decisions and product iterations. 4. Project Delivery and Cross-Department Collaboration • Serve as PM/BA to lead requirements reviews, scheduling, and acceptance; drive tagging standardization, data governance, and automated report deployment. 5. Compliance and Risk • Collaborate with risk control and compliance teams to define abnormal trading, account risk, suitability metrics, and alert rules; ensure outputs are auditable and traceable. Qualifications • Education/Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Economics, or related fields; 1–3 years of securities data or business analysis experience required. • Data Skills: Proficient in SQL and Python; able to independently perform ETL processes and data quality validations. • Business Understanding: Familiarity with Hong Kong/US equities, ETFs, options, and basic trading logic; ability to translate data insights into business actions. • Communication and Documentation: Clear logical reasoning; capable of producing highly readable analysis reports. Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of brokerage operations and exchange product regulations; experience in margin trading, options/derivatives analysis, or reconciliation. • Experience in tagging implementation and data governance (lineage, definitions, data quality). • Channel attribution experience. • English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language.
