Description
- Door Marshall will be the first to greet and welcome customers upon entering the store.
- Assist customers if there are inquiries or if in need of assistance.
- He/she will inspect personal bags or other items that the customers carry.
- Responsible for detecting suspicious person/s upon entry and relaying immediately to the Security Department and Store Management.
- Responsible for apprehending and holding any suspected shoplifters.
Requirements
- At least a High School Graduate
- Has experience as a retail security guard or any retail security-related work experience
- Basic knowledge of the use of Viber and smartphones.
- Willing to work for extended periods of hours.
- Willing to be deployed in other areas.
- Has no local or national record
- Good communication skills
- Pleasing Personality
- Good moral character
- At least 5’6 in height
