Description
- Monitor and patrol premises to prevent theft and vandalism.
- Ensure the safety of visitors and employees.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds.
- Maintain accurate incident reports and logs.
- Assist in enforcing company policies and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Security Management or related field is required.
- Experience Level: Candidates must have 1-3 years of relevant experience in security roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, effective communication, and conflict resolution abilities are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Patrol premises, monitor surveillance equipment, and ensure the safety of clients and property.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights, in various environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, observant, and proactive with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
