  • Manage and organize office communications and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to staff and clients.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support departmental meetings and take minutes when required.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and effective multitasking abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Organized, proactive, and able to handle pressure.
