Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and divert inquiries as appropriate.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain filing system and ensure documents are stored properly for easy retrieval.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed for meetings and projects.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
