Description

  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Management
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, reports, and other documents.
  • Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of management, taking notes and recording minutes
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of management, reviews content determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years experience as Executive Assistant or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration and clerical procedures.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Application.
