- Greet and assist patients via phone, email, or in-person.
- Schedule and confirm medical appointments.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations as needed.
- Collect and update patient demographic and billing information.
- Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to coordinate care.
- High school diploma, College Grad/ Undergrad
- Atleast 6 months BPO international voice account experience
