Description

The Scheduler (Phone and Admin Support) will be responsible for providing support to our Service Divisions for Job Scheduling & Management but may also include other administrative and project-based tasks as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Setting up Jobs in Job Management System (Aroflo)
  • Updating Job information in client portals
  • Assist with Invoice & Purchase Order Costing
  • Compiling Job Reports for clients
  • Managing employee compliance certification

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail, and able to provide accurate and timely daily/weekly/monthly reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interpreting findings to different stakeholders
  • Microsoft Office skills with moderate proficiency using Excel for data reporting and analysis
  • Attention to detail with an ability to identify discrepancies and correct errors.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
