We are seeking a motivated and experienced SAP SD/CX Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of SAP Sales and Customer Experience (CX) solutions and have at least 2 years of experience in consulting roles. This position involves working with clients to implement and optimize SAP SD and CX solutions, as well as providing training, workshops, and technology consulting expertise both locally and internationally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultation & Requirements Gathering:
  • Engage with clients to gather detailed business requirements, particularly in the areas of sales, distribution, and customer experience.
  • Analyze business needs and advise on best practices for SAP SD and CX implementations.
  • System Configuration & Implementation:
  • Configure and implement SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) solutions to align with business processes.
  • Implement SAP CX solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP areas (e.g., SAP Commerce, SAP Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth integration of SAP SD/CX with other modules such as MM, FI, and WM.
  • Workshops & Training:
  • Lead and facilitate workshops for clients on SAP SD and CX functionalities.
  • Deliver training sessions to end-users to ensure a smooth transition and successful system adoption.
  • Travel and Onshore Responsibilities:
  • Be ready to travel internationally for onshore consulting, training, and project implementation.
  • Provide technology consulting expertise in various global locations as required by the project.
  • Collaborative Teamwork & Support:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, project managers, business analysts) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support and guidance to ensure successful use of the SAP system.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with team members to improve project efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in SAP Sales and CX solutions.
  • Suggest improvements to optimize the performance of SAP SD/CX systems.


Requirements

  • Education:
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience as a functional/technical consultant in SAP Sales and CX solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in configuring and supporting SAP SD and/or SAP CX solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP dependencies and integrations with other SAP areas/modules.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes, including order-to-cash, pricing, and billing.
  • Familiarity with SAP Customer Experience (CX) tools, including SAP Commerce, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide technical and functional solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to business users.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a strong team player in a collaborative environment.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as needed.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Previous experience working in a global or multi-national environment is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a bonus.
  • Certifications in SAP SD, SAP CX, or related fields are advantageous.
