We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HANA SQL Scripts Developer to join our team as a Custom Software Engineer. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize custom software solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will work closely with cross functional teams to build scalable, high-performing components while leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies. As an SME, you will guide the team in technical decision-making and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP HANA SQL scripting.
• Lead, collaborate with, and manage the development team to ensure high performance.
• Take ownership of technical decisions and guide the team in implementing best practices.
• Partner with multiple teams and contribute to key architectural and strategic decisions.
• Provide effective solutions to technical challenges within and across multiple teams.
• Mentor team members and support ongoing knowledge sharing to elevate team capability.
• Analyze business and project requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications.
• Continuously assess and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in SAP HANA SQL Scripts Development.
