SELL-OUT MANAGEMENT

• Achieve the sell-out target of the region
• Cascade and monitor promotion implementation status
• Recommend actions against competitor activity 

DISPLAY & VISUAL MERCHANDISING

• Ensure that the Visual Merchandising guideline is executed in the region.
• Recommend opportunities for increase of display and visibility in the region
• Ensure that display issues and concerns are addressed

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Supervises and manages BWL performance and activities
• Responsible for back-checking, and evaluation of BWL performance.

REPORT COMPLIANCE

• Submits weekly and monthly team performance

• Bachelor's degree in any course
• With experience in training and development or any related field
• Experience in delivering Training programs to large groups
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles
• Strong problem-solving skills
