  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage and escalate tickets using ServiceNow
  • Administer user accounts through Active Directory
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years’ IT Service Desk experience in a BPO setting

- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow (ticketing & incident management)

- Experience in Active Directory (user account administration)

- Background in international voice support

- Willingness to work onsite and on shifting schedules
