We’re looking for motivated, people-first Sales Representatives to join our remote team. You’ll reach out to warm leads, follow up with interested prospects, and help customers find the right solution. If you enjoy talking to people and hitting goals, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Call, text, or email leads and handle inbound inquiries
• Present our product/service clearly and confidently
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right offer
• Maintain accurate notes in our CRM
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets
• Collaborate with the team for smoother handoffs and better close rates

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (English; other languages a plus)
• Comfortable making calls and following a simple script
• Basic computer skills (email, chat, spreadsheets, CRM—training provided)
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Positive attitude, coachability, and reliability
• Able to work assigned shifts and meet KPIs

Qualifications

• Education: HS/SHS (college or related courses is a plus)
• Experience: Sales or customer service experience is nice to have, but not required
• Mindset: Goal-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
