We’re looking for a proactive and versatile SDR to act as our Swiss Army knife for sales operations—part prospector, part relationship builder, part closer of gaps. This person will work closely with Ren, our Growth Marketer, and the Founder to actively build and move a healthy sales pipeline at speed.

You’ll be responsible for booking qualified sales calls for the Founder or assigned closer by warming up cold leads, following up with inbound prospects, and creating strong sales opportunities for the Business Development team to close.

• Build and maintain lead lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, or manual research.
• Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or other relevant channels.
• Qualify leads using scripts, frameworks (like BANT/CHAMP), or strong judgment.
• Schedule discovery calls directly into the Business Development calendar.
• Track and update lead activity in the CRM.
• Lightly nurture leads with follow-ups, comments, or engagement in online communities.
• Organize and maintain the sales pipeline, including tagging, reminders, and notes.
• Analyze outreach data and identify which messages perform best—then iterate for better results.

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS, staffing, or BPO sales support.
• Skilled at prospecting, writing outreach messages, and executing independently.
• Quick learner with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, and CRMs (preferably GoHighLevel).
• Bonus points for experience in offshore staffing, startup environments, or agency sales.
