Description
- Identify and target potential customers to drive sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Present and demonstrate products effectively to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Document sales activities and customer interactions accurately.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred (Must be in BPO Sales Voice Account)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Sales Management, Sales Support, Service Delivery, and Customer Relationship Management. Strong communication abilities and attention to detail are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Engage with clients, provide sales support, and manage customer relationships to drive sales performance.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with potential travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Must demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and relationship building capabilities.
