Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Present products and services to potential clients to meet their needs.
- Conduct market research to understand customer trends and competition.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proficiency in CRM software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage sales pipeline, conduct market research, and achieve sales targets.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable with strong problem-solving abilities.
