We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Associate who is not just looking for a short-term job, but a role to grow in. In this position, you will be the bridge between our customers and our company—handling orders, providing excellent service, and actively promoting our products to drive sales. What You’ll Do

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company’s order management system.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and ensure satisfaction.
• Actively identify sales opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Learn and navigate customer-specific platforms and systems with ease.
• Maintain and update customer records, order logs, and sales reports using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Provide after-sales support and follow up to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in preparing sales materials, quotations, and promotional content as needed.

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or order processing. Fresh graduates with strong motivation are also welcome to apply.
• Tech-savvy – comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and able to quickly learn new software/systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (both written and spoken).
• A fast learner who can adapt to different customer systems and internal tools.
• Proactive, driven, and hungry — you take initiative, chase targets, and see challenges as opportunities.
• Reliable and committed — we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not just work short-term.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and patient attitude, even under pressure.
• Willing to work on-site in Binondo, Manila.
